[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop 2.0 fails to start.

Mozilla is irrelevant here. You only need Mozilla installed if you are
using the extras AspNetEdit or GeckoWebBrowser addins, otehrwise you
can ignore that warning.

The missing glib is much more serious, and, as I said, indicates a
broken GTK# installation.
