[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop 2.0 fails to start.

install mozilla-dev package on Ubuntu and problem solved!!
or search with your package tool like synaptic or by command line and ready.

and after install the mozilla dev packages, see and check the
/usr/lib/mozilla or /usr/lib/mozilla-dev ..and so,
maybe you have to update xul-runner..and more related packages
