[MonoDevelop] Merging of the new parser object model

Hi,

We plan to merge the new parser object model branch into trunk next
Wednesday. This branch includes a c# 3 parser and several improvements
in code completion (although c# 3 completion is still not fully
supported).

You can get the branch from:
svn://anonsvn.mono-project.com/source/branches/mkrueger/monodevelop

This is a change that involves many add-ins. If you find any issue with
it please let us know and we'll fix asap.
