[MonoDevelop] Compile/Run MD on Win32

I need to run MD on windows, does someone know if it's possible? I installed
the last mono setup (2.0) and I downloaded the last MD sources from svn, is
cygwin enough to build the whole project? Is there some dependence I need to
install before?

Anyone attempted to build/run MD 1.0 or 2.0 on windows?
