[MonoDevelop] Why Monodevelop?

I can't speak for others, but I'm not a fan of eclipse (although I use it for
my Java devs). Big and slow...

Besides, I think the point was to have a real and complete "framework"
around Mono, all the tools you need to develop and stuff, so maybe having
your own IDE is the best and most flexible option for such a goal.
