Well, the descriptions are handled by Mono.Addins, so I think the
changes would have to happen there. Consider the Mono.Addins addin
management tools, e.g. "mautil info" which can give the description
(and other info) of any Mono.Addins-based addin.

Lluis would be able to answer this better than I can. It would
certainly be good to fix it.
