[MonoDevelop] Updated Italian translation, an error and two questions

Hello all,

I'm sending an updated Italian translation for the upcoming 2.0 release.

There's an error on one string (or at least I think it is). The string
says:

"Conition expression not specified"

Think it should say "Condition". It's in the
BreakpointPropertiesDialog.cs file
(src/core/MonoDevelop.Ide/MonoDevelop.Ide.Gui.Dialogs)

First question: I see that basically all the descriptions of the add-ins
are in English and is not possibile to translate theme. Is there a way
to have them translated?

Second question: is it possibile to have an updated messages.po file or
a .pot file to merge with all the translations?

I'm not able to run a "make update-po" for monodevelop since I'm using
an old version of Mono and Monodevelop is not using intltool tools.

Running a msgfmt on my it.po file I have 2742 strings so far, while the
de.po (I suppose it's more update) counts 2789 and I'm missing some
strings that are in de.po.

The README says that the po files in SVN are "regularly updated"...
