[MonoDevelop] glib update screwed gtk-sharp

In Debian you just need to install all dependencies from unstable and
then compile monodevelop trunk from SVN. If you don't want to run
unstable then stick to monodevelop 1.0; it is much simplier (and does
not make sense running latest MD on a stable Debian).
