[MonoDevelop] Monodevevelop 1.9 Error when opening old Gtk# Project

Translation: French localisation is converting "." to "," in stetic 
files.  Vincent will fix ASAP.  Not sure how this relates to Andres' 
comment, just helping out those who don't read French.
