[MonoDevelop] Problems with translation project

Hi all,
Ive got some problem with a translation project each time I want add a
translation or update translation I have an error message "codepage 37
not supported" 

The only one place where I have found codepage is in the option project
and the value of option is UTF-8.

For info I'm using Monodevelop 1.0 with Ubuntu 8.04
