[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop for Windows

Hi,

I was just going to ask exactly the same question thinking of porting my
little experimental communicator to Mono, so it can be used on many
platforms. Unlike a year ago, initial Mono framework setup experience is
very encouraging.

Mono Develop is mentioned in many places within the Mono website but, to my
surprise, I nowhere found any download. So, I understand that, because a new
version of GTK# not available on Windows yet, the current version does not
work on Windows. I am just afraid it may always be the case...
Unfortunately I do not know Linux and currently just do not have enough time
to learn the entire new environment. When, would you say, should I check
back?
