[MonoDevelop] noob question: how do I get my container back?

I deleted a container from the toolbox..then I decided
to delete them all.  Went lookin through the menus and
I cant see where I can add them back.  I figured there
would be a reset to defaults kinda option.. lol.

As for crashing, monodevelop still does.  I'm going to
install the 32bit version of SuSE 10.3 on another
partition to see if its more stable there.
