[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop Turkish translation

Hi Gergely,

Thanks for your reply. The thing is, the initial Turkish translation was
done by myself about 4 years ago, so it was basically useless. The patch I
posted will cover 100% of the strings in the SVN version to the day, and I'm
not really sure if I'll ever find enough time to update it again. I've put
about 2 days of work into this, and I'd be sorry if that ends up being lost
somewhere in a mail archive.
