[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop Turkish translation

I think, it's better to wait for the final 1.0 release, strings in SVN
releases change often for some reason. I completed the Hungarian translation
some weeks ago and tried to update it, but a lot of strings, that used to
work perfectly in earlier versions, show up in English in the recent svn
release.

Anyway, it's a great thing that another translation had been completed.
