Uh, the error message you posted has nothing to do with MonoDevelop.
It's Gnome# 2.20 (which is unreleased) failing to build, probably
because it's being built against a too-old version of GTK# or
something.

What distro are you using? I'm very surprised that the GTK# version. is too old.
