[MonoDevelop] GTK# icon in a Winforms project

You have to refer to the icons license meaning it depends on which icon set
you are using. For example if you use Tango icon set you have to comply with
the Creative Commons Attribution
Share-Alike<http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.5/>license.
