[MonoDevelop] GTK-2.10 Addin

The best place to download the GTK# runtime for Windows is at the following
site:

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=74626

These packages are absolutely reliable, because they was built with the
cooperation of Novell developers. The latest version is 2.10.3. Try to use
this version for development, if possible.
