[MonoDevelop] GTK-2.10 Addin

I did manage to build most of the 2.8 Addin (Modifikations in Makefile,
the mrep files are mostly copied form the repository.

For some reason it does not perfectly work, MD falls back to compile
with 2.12.

To have 2.10 compiled binaries you have to

- deactivate automatic Loading of last solution
- After starting MD goto Addin-Manager
	- Deactivate Addin
	- Activate it again
- Afterwards you can load your Solution
