[MonoDevelop] Russian translation of MonoDevelop is done

Hello!
I've done translating MonoDevelop into Russian (po & mo files are attached
to the post).
However some things are broken (e.g. most of strings in Add-in Manager
window are untranslated since 'intltool-update ru' doesn't add them into
ru.po file). Are they really not yet translatable or is this my fault?
I'd also like to have an SVN account, is this possible for me?
