The breakpoint/bookmark issue is known; it was a feature that was
removed from gtksourceview in version 2.0, that we'll have to
reimplement. Or you can build with gtksourceview 1.0.

Manually purging all monodevelop-related files and reinstalling from
the repo *should* fix things...

You're welcome to try, though I suspect it will be challenging :) If
you can give me a working spec file for my repo, then I can directly
push working builds for everyone.
