[MonoDevelop] Intellisense is missing from monodevelop 0.17 from Mike, novell, 1 click.

Hi Michael;

My monodevelop 0.17 problems linger, like right-clicking on the line-number
of a source line doesn't get breakpoint or bookmark, but <Unknown Command>
twice. And; some of my manual installation attempts linger at /usr/local; I
guess the 'sudo make uninstall' didn't clear everything out. I've gone
through and moved them to old and have the same behavior.

I'm thinking of wiping my system, re-installing SUSE 10.3 and using your
1-click install; or in the least moving to my Ubuntu or Fedora boxes. Or
should I try to use your work here
https://build.opensuse.org/project/show?project=home%3AMJHutchinson to make
Ubuntu and Fedora repositories available to everyone?

Your insight is appreciated!
Dale E. Moore
