[MonoDevelop] Requirement to register at Novell considered harmful

Yes, but Novell web site has some _serious_ issues. For example if you
have the Firebug Firefox extension enabled, just filling a form will
require an insane amount of time because each "TAB" to move from field
to field will take tens of seconds (at least happened during my
registration). That discuraged me from registering and sumitting bug
reports until I discovered the problem.
I can guess and understand the reasons behind forcing registration of
Novell web site. But please, make it work smoothly.
