[MonoDevelop] Requirement to register at Novell considered harmful

The requirement of a full blown registration at Novell is an entry barrier for 
many people who JustWantToReportABug(TM). The registration form demands 
INSANE amount of personal information (street address, phone), and there is 
no link to the privacy policy on the registration form. The validation code 
arrives with a lag of many hours. Considering all this, I believe that 
relocating the bugtracker away from Novell would substabtially improve bug 
reporting feedback.
