[MonoDevelop] New Gendarme Addin Release

Good day.

I've included the fixes for bug reports and feature suggestions , and here
is a new release of the addin.

Changes:

   - Multiple crash fixes
   - Improved violation source parsing
   - Added result grouping
   - Scanning is now done async, without blocking the IDE
