[MonoDevelop] Gendarme Addin

Ok. As per request the addin now uses the context sensitive menus, hope this
more to your liking :)

The UI was minimalized as well.

The release is available at
http://gendarmeaddin.googlecode.com/files/gendarmeaddin-0.2.tar.gz

Next release will make the run Async and add a status display.
