[MonoDevelop] Unhandled Exception

Someone just posted a patch in the mono-vb list (cross-posted here) to
provide that feature, but it must be thoroughly reviewed, The patch
strikes me as having too much unused details to implement the feature,
what smells bad (?decompilation?) for me.
