AFAIK MD depends on Gtk# 2.8 so I don't see any relation between MD and
that installer.
Anyway, I'm planning to begin testing MD on Windows, so as to report
platform-specific bugs and hopefully fix them. I have my Cygwin
installation ready with all the packages needed (autogen.sh no longer
complains). My next step is to be able to let the script find the
command "gmcs", how can I create a gmcs wrapper that calls
"[myProgramFilesMonoPath]/bin/mono.bat gmcs.exe" in Cygwin?
