[MonoDevelop] Load any kind of files as References

Hello

I post a bug in Bugzilla about this problem.

I'm trying to load the object System.Data.SQLite.DLL that only works 
with .DLL extention and MonoDevelop only loads .dll file.

I made this change that I don't like but for now works. I enter more 
file patterns like "*.DLL", "*.Dll" or others.

What you think about this patch?
