[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop - begin new code block in new line

Hello,


I'm using MonoDevelop IDE under Debian Linux. I would like IDE to start new
block of code in new line (opening bracket in new line). The problem is that
when I choose Edit->Settings->Code Writing all options in Code generation
are disabled (they are not active - I can't change them). What should I do
to change them?
