[MonoDevelop] Code Folding not working?

Hi
Im using MonoDevelop 0.12 and tried to find out how to turn on Code Folding
but its not working, then i downloaded the source from the SVN today but its
still greyd out and i cant turn it on can someone please tell me how to turn
it on ?
