[MonoDevelop] Odd problem with a textbox

Yes, it is WinForms - since my primary reason for using Mono is for
platform independent code. It didn't make sense to me to require another
installation on the Windows side (GTK#) when WinForms works (or at least
I thought it did  :)  on both platforms.

So, in practice is it a problem to install on Windows with GTK#?  I plan 
on doing all my development on Linux, but the resulting client will be 
able to run on either Windows or Linux.
