[MonoDevelop] Internationalization

Stetic still doesn't generate the gettext wrapped initialization code
that would allow i18n of GUI.

Besides that you need to use external extraction and
translation-editing tools, because I'm behind schedule with my little
addin for easing translation work in MD.
