But seriously---

A small note/request: The ChangeLog add-in is really great, but it
doesn't mesh well with how I maintain a ChangeLog for one of my existing
projects, and I can't seem to turn it off.  (The way I maintain my
ChangeLog is that I group changes together for entire releases, rather
than by commit, and I don't include an author name/email because...
well, I'm the only one.)

When I don't fill in my email address into its preferences, it looks as
if it won't modify the ChangeLog (it says so in red), but actually it
does go ahead and edit the file and commit it.
