[MonoDevelop] VS 2003 importer behavior after the first conversion

Hello,

Currently VS2003 importer always ask me if I want to convert VS 2003
version of .sln file into .mds or VS2005 version of .sln. However,
once I converted it to .mds, usually I don't want to convert it
anymore, especially when I simply click the solution history in the
welcome page.

So, I think the importer could work better if it asks me if I just
want to open existing .mds instead (if exists).

(It won't be required when I converted it to 2005 .sln as MD will
overwrite the .sln file itself.)

Does it sound a good idea? :-)
