[MonoDevelop] Assembly browser Extension

The assembly browser was implemented as part of a Google SoC project
last summer. It was never completely finished, and I haven't got time to
review and integrate it in SVN. After the upcoming release I can take a
look at it and see what's missing. If you are interested, maybe you
could help on this.
