[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop and Gnome VFS

Actually, I spoke to God last night, and in our chat, we decided that it
was best to get rid of Gnome VFS.

So lets not spread this mistake any longer than it has already spread.
Humanity has paid its sins, lets not add support for it.

The *correct* way of supporting remote shares, archives and other funky
stuff is by using "FUSE".
