[MonoDevelop] Modules needed for compiling Monodevelop

Hi,
You'll need the following packages (order I compile them in):
- libgdiplus
- mcs (build when building the mono package)
- mono
- gtk-sharp
- gtksourceview-sharp
- gtkmozembed-sharp
- gmome-sharp
- mono-tools
- monodoc
All packages can be found on the mono SVN repository.
Of course, for packages such as gtk-sharp GTK is required and the
version available in your distribution should be sufficient.
Note: this is how I do it on Ubuntu when compiling everything from
source, I guess it will be very similar on Fedora.
