[MonoDevelop] Modules needed for compiling Monodevelop

Well, that doesn't help me too much. I'm using Fedora 7 and the available
monodevelop package from official repos is version 0.13. I want to compile
mono & monodevelop from the sources from SVN. If anyone knows what modules i
need and what is the order for compiling them, please let me know.
