[MonoDevelop] Adding cross solutions References

Hello ...

In my solution I have lot's of small solutions that I use as a Solution 
Folder in VS2005.

I use Ubuntu and installed with apt-get from
http://debian.meebey.net/ and I could reference projects across solutions.

With SVN version I can't do that. I can't explain what I can do, because 
  in some projects I can reference across solutions.

Any one can see what is going on? There is problem with across solution 
reference?
