[MonoDevelop] pt_PT translation?

Well I'm the latest pt_BR, translator and I have to abide by what our
Brazilian dictionaries (that represent mostly the position of the
group of most notable live Brazilian writers, the "Academia Brasileira
de Letras", have ont the subject) show, or common usage on official
documents.

That is the case, for this anglicism, "Leiuate". That is how
government officials translate "Layout", in laws, or their
corresponding regulatory acts.

We Brazilian developers are used to let lots of those terms
untranslated, in our daily usage on computer related texts, but surely
some feel obliged to "cook up" some translation, even if just changing
the letters to give roughly the same sound, as in this case.

As I said, I'm just using the official or sometimes "de facto"
translations, current in Brazil.

I'm all for an effort to bring up a good pt_PT translation also in the mix.

As many old timers (I've been programming computers in the last 3
decades), I normally use my OS and applications, specially development
tools, configured in en_US, so that in truth I rarely use my own
translation, that is offered for the benefit of novices.

<pt_BR>
Já escrevi demais. Até outra feita, meus caros colegas lusitânos.
</pt_BR>
