[MonoDevelop] Italian translation of MonoDevelop

Hi Milo,

Currently these strings are hardcoded, inside a xslt file:
WelcomePage.xsl  in the Extras/WelcomePage directory.

To become translatable we need either:

1)  to have a xslt file for each language, what would make it harder
to keep the formatting in sync among the translations.
2) to parametrize the xslt (today it only receives the recent projects
list in the xml it transforms) to use GettextCatalog.GetString for
each part that is desired to be translated.

Both ways the logic needs to be changed before any translation is made possible.
