[MonoDevelop] Italian translation of MonoDevelop

[Milo Casagrande]

Hi!
I've set up a diff file (50 KB), hope is ok!

I have one question regarding the translatable strings:
- in the welcome page there are some strings like "Common Actions",
"Support Links", "Developmet Links"... that I cannot find in the po
file, are they translatable?
