[MonoDevelop] Italian translation of MonoDevelop

[Milo Casagrande]

Hello,
I'm a memebr of the Ubuntu Italian translation team and I also work with
some translation for GNOME.
I've worked on the translation of MonoDevelop, since there were lot of
empty and incorrect strings.

I would like to know how can I send the updated italian translation or
whom I can send it.
