[MonoDevelop] Asp.net addin problem

Ok, there was the problem. I was trying to run monodevelop with "make
run" so it wasn't coping aspdesigner.manifest onto the correct location.
I copied manualy and now it gives me an error of some file it isn't
finding under /usr/lib/monodevelop. This is because a haven't make
install monodevelop.
