MonoDevelop isn't loading right now. Last thing I did was delete the toolbar.xml file (there were duplicate entries) and start a new asp.net project to test it. Everything seemed okay. Now MD just won't load. It starts, I see the hourglass, but stops there. Is there a log file to look at to troubleshoot this?
