[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop opens Browser for XML files

Prior MD just opened the xml files. Even with color encoding. Very
anoying that this has stopped...

The XML addin needs MD from reposetory, I install from packages on
Debian, så this is a no-go in my production environment...

Hope to figure it out somehow else...
