[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop opens Browser for XML files

It is probably a problem with monodevelop, because there isn't an xml  
editor yet. I believe there is a xml editor addin available from  
http://md-xed.sourceforge.net/

btw. I would suggest that this addin will be included in the default tree  
of mono, since it is really something you need in a .net ide.
