Hi Micheal

I was especially interested in the XSP integration with MD piece, and it
makes perfect sense for me to start with the ASP.NET Project support and
XSP integration. I realize this will be a big ask for me, since I have
not developed a MD AddIn before, but I am confident enough that I will
get up to speed. I have decided to start porting the ResourceEditor from
SharpDevelop just to give me an understanding of MD framework, before I
get my teeth stuck into ASP.NET support.
