[MonoDevelop] ASP.NET AddIn

I was planning to get onto this at some point, but haven't started. At
the moment I'm rewriting aspnetedit's toolbox and property browser to
make them more robust and general-purpose, and suitable for
MonoDevelop integration. I haven't been making much progress, as I've
been busy with academic work.

If you want to get involved that would be absolutely fantastic --
anything you do, I won't have to :). If you need any pointers w.r.t
aspnetedit just ask, and I'll be happy to help.

The best place to start would probably be ASP.NET project support and
the XSP integration, as these will definately be needed for the visual
designer.
