[MonoDevelop] Showing skipped builds

Hi.

When building or rebuilding a solution some projects might not be
built. The reason is that either the project should not be built in
the current configuration or nothing has changed in the project so it
should not be rebuilt.

The attached patch ensures that skipped projects are shown along with
built projects.
